Sales Policy
Thanks for shopping at Tastesfrom.com. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy from us. We also want to make sure you have a great experience while you’re browsing, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
The buyer, or the Customer, will own the product as it leaves our warehouses. Tastes From will do it’s best to ensure safe delivery of the packages to our shipping partners. If there are problems during the shipment process, please talk to the shipping company to understand what has happened before contacting us. We will do our best to resolve any errors resulting from our end.

Return Policy
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the Tastes From. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that we have a curated selection with of quality products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
For any undamaged and unopened product, simply return it with its included packaging and with the original receipt within 15 calendar days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the return shipping must be paid by the buyer and we recommend using an option with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Tastes From reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Tastesfrom.com at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product at Tastes From, You can use our online form on the Contact Us page to get in touch with us.
Should Tastes From reduce its price on any Tastes From product within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact us to request a credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the credit you must contact Tastes From within 15 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday or any other sale event.
Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Tastes From may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Tastes From may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Center order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Tastes From acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Tastes From reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Tastes From cancels an order after you have already been billed, Tastes From will refund the billed amount in total to your original payment method only.

Consumers Only
Tastes From sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Tastes From may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re trying to get them as fast as possible. Tastes From reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Tastes From confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Tastes From will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
Price promotions are limited to 1[one] item per customer unless otherwise specified for every promotion on Tastesfrom.com. Although you might believe this is unfair we implement this policy so that every customer can benefit from reduced pricing rather than one customer who would like to buy larger quantities.

Gift Cards
Tastes From Gift Cards carry no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash anywhere and they can only be used to purchase items from the Tastes From Store.
If you would like to get a refund for your gift card purchase. If your gift card is unused and you are the original purchaser, you can use our online form on the Contact Us page to get in touch with us. We will do the best we can to help you.

Returns
We're all about tasting at Tastes From.
And it's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're so sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste.
We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. Returns are allowed only within 15 calendar days after delivery. In this case, please provide photos and details of the situation as soon as possible.
In any case, products that have to be returned to us will have to be shipped by the customer at their expense. Please use a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

Replacements
If you received a defective item that is sold by Tastesfrom.com and needs to replace it with the same item, you can use our online form on the Contact Us page to get in touch with us. Please provide photos and details of the situation as soon as possible. We would be more than happy to correct the situation and send you a new item with free shipping.
In any case, products that have to be returned to us will have to be shipped to the customer at their expense. Please use a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
