Shipping Standards
If you select standard shipping, your order will take 1-2 business days to process, though we do our best to be as quick as possible. Once our carrier picks up the package, it will be delivered within 1-8 business days depending on shipping destination and choice of service. The shipping time will be more for orders that are outside of Canada.In order to estimate the total time it will take from the moment you place the order until it is delivered, please make sure to add the 1-2 business days to the number of business shipping days listed for your service level.
If you are not home to receive your package, the carrier will make up to three delivery attempts and will then hold the package for pick-up. Sometimes the driver might leave the package directly at the pick-up location after the first attempt, please resolve any issues that might arise from this situation with the shipping company. If the items you have ordered requires age verification shipments must be signed for at the time of delivery or pick up by someone who is over 21 and can present identification.

~1-3 business days: Quebec~3-7 business days: Rest of Canada
~3-8 business days: USA
The rest of the world: It depends on the distance and level of service purchased.
Please do not count the following as business days when you are estimating delivery dates: May 28 (Memorial Day), July 4 (Independence Day), September 3 (Labor Day), November 22 (Thanksgiving), December 25 (Christmas), December 31 (New Year’s Eve), and January 1 (New Year’s Day) and all other national and provincial holidays. These include the final shipment destination holidays and any other special days. Additionally, the shipment days will, unfortunately, be delayed due to unforeseen weather or any other events.
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: $7.99 – Only available within certain areas of Montreal[Westmount, Saint-Henri, Little Burgundy, Griffintown, Downtown, Old Port, Gay Village]Ground Shipping: $18.99*
Express Shipping (arrives in 2-3 business days): $24.99*
Overnight Shipping (arrives in 1 business day): $34.99* (Orders placed before 10:00 am EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 am EST will ship the following day.)
*While we do everything we can to get your package delivered by the expected arrival date, there can be unforeseeable circumstances once the package is in transit with our carrier.
Cold-Product Shipping:
Shipping temperature-sensitive products to certain locations require expedited shipping for $24.99. These products include the Meat Market Taster year-round, and chocolate from April through October and others. We will confirm with you once we take your order if you would still like to ship these types of products.At this time we cannot ship temperature-sensitive products outside of Canada.
Other Shipping Surcharges
Orders outside Canada have additional surcharges, as follows:USA: $10;
Rest of the World: $20;
